In addition to our 30 day returns policy all items purchased from 1st October 2023 may be returned for either an exchange or full refund up until January 12th 2024. Standard terms apply.



You Have 30 Days to Return Your Order


Don’t hang around too long, all returns need to be requested within 30 days from the date documented on your receipt. We are proud to offer a no fuss 30 day money back guarantee on all orders (T’s & C’s apply). If you decide to exchange your order, you will not receive a refund unless the product is faulty. 

Please be aware that sometimes our return policy will be shortened to 14 days. This applies to any sale item, designs from the pre-owned section or orders that have used an offer or promotion code. 


All The Details


  • We only accept items that remain in brand new condition for a full refund, exchange or account credit. 
  • If you wish to return an order, please send it to the address below or pop in to one of stores. 
  • Don’t forget to include the original receipt along with the item. 
  • Ensure the items are packaged as you received them, including free gifts or accessories, which should be unused and in their original condition. 
  • Please fill out the form below when returning your item by post or in store. 
  • The form is only needed for online orders. If you wish to return an item bought at one of our boutiques, please contact the store directly. 
  • Please note that any piece that has been personalised, engraved, adjusted or resized can’t be refunded as they are not covered by our policy. 
  • Products that have been accidentally damaged, neglected or misused cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • We strive to deal with all of our returns on the same working day but please be aware that in busy periods it could take up to 7-10 days. 


Don’t Forget...


  • The 30 day return period begins from when you receive your order. It’s important to be aware that if the free gifts arrive on a different day, your return period is not delayed from starting. 
  • Any items that have been worn are not eligible for a refund. Check out our terms and conditions for more information. 
  • Earrings and cleaning products can not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
